  The staff there made a mistake on my order putting cheese on a chicken steak that I had ordered without cheese. No big deal, this sort of thing happens. However, when I arrived to receive my replacement sandwich, the manager rudely insisted that I go all the way home to retrieve the wrong sandwich then checked the box as if suspicious that i was being dishonest about their mistake. I was very disappointed. I dont usually care about this sort of thing, mistakes happen esp during the dinner rush i understand, but I was so distinctly put off by the attitude and behavior of the manager that i felt obliged to make a statement.
